Our vision foresees transforming the existing Martin Athletic Complex/Cawley Stadium into a multi use and cohesive space that is among the very best in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This includes the design and construction of a two story fieldhouse, as well as significant improvements to existing facilities, athletic fields, and surrounding landscapes.  Long term investment in this entire complex fosters equal opportunity, civic pride and community engagement that are a unifying force for the positive advancement of Lowell.

The organization is dedicated to providing funding to the City of Lowell for the development and maintenance of state of the art facilities and open spaces for the youth of the city.  We believe thriving public spaces are vital to the fabric of our community.
