
Since 2001, Mill City Environmental (MCE), a licensed, minority-owned, full service environmental firm has provided clients with comprehensive solutions for waste management, disposal, and site remediation & restoration projects.
Brian Chapman, president, started MCE as a waste management company specializing in assessment, management, and disposal of hazardous waste. MCE has grown to offer a complete range of the environmental solutions, including asbestos abatement.
Mr. Chapman’s core business values and the principles that govern MCE are honesty and hard work. He applies this philosophy to all aspects of his business, whether in dealing with clients, prospective customers, partners, associates and/or employees.
Today, MCE is a thriving, award winning small business with 46 employees serving the federal, commercial and private sector, in 17 states throughout the New England, Mid Atlantic, South and Southwestern territories.
