A Lowell resident for 16 years, Noelle Creegan brings professional experience from her career in sales and operations to the LAAF board. She has management, project management, and budget expertise. She is committed to the community’s youth through her involvement in multiple PTOs, she ran for School Committee in 2017 and is a longstanding member of the Fitness for a Cure Team for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Noelle and her husband, Leo, have three children.
